This is the quick and easy snacks recipe , whenever you have some potluck or small get together. Even good for school parties. If you want to avoid shrimps and eggs, you can do it without hesitation, because it tastes awesome with any stuffing inside it.

1 Puff pastry sheet
•1 Egg for eggwash
Ingredients for Stuffing:
•1 Cup Chopped Spinach
•1/2 Cup Shrimps(Prawns) cut into small pieces
•4-5 Green Onions(Chopped fine)
•1 Tablespoon Cayene pepper(Or red chilli powder)
•1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
•1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
•1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
•1 Teaspoon Sriracha sauce(Optional)
•1 Tablespoon Oil
•1 Cup shredded chedar cheese
•Salt to taste
•1 Egg for eggwash

Remove pastry sheet out from freezer at least 40 minutes before preparing the recipe.
