Shrimp Toast

Simple appetizer, good enough for a party.

4 slices toast bread
10 raw shrimp
¼ cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
10 raw shrimp
¼ cup chopped onion
½ teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon chopped green onions
Peel and devein the shrimp. Clean and cut into pieces.
Put shrimp, onion, soy sauce and sesame oil in a food processor, blend to mix.
Trim the tough edges of the toast bread. Then cut into 8 triangles.
Spread some shrimp paste on each bread, and place on a baking dish.
Broil for 4 minutes or until shrimp become pink.
Remove to a serving plate and garnish with green onions.
