A super simple Paleo Granola made of almonds, seeds, shredded coconut and lathered in coconut oil and honey. A nutty and seedy snack that’s irresistible and seriously addicting!

2 cups raw slivered almonds
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 1/4 cups raw pumpkin (or peptia) seeds
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
