Quick and easy spicy chicken stir-fry with tons of flavor!

2 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – cut in 1 inch pieces
3 medium size zucchini – cut in 1 inch pieces
3 large bell peppers – cut in strips
2 jalapeno peppers – sliced
2 Serrano peppers – sliced
4 Cups Rice – Prepare according to package
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking sherry
3 medium size zucchini – cut in 1 inch pieces

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and rub the spice mix into the chicken pieces making sure that all have rub on them.
