Simple Stir Fry

This stir fry is my all time favorite because it doesn't have the "secret sauce." The flavors come from steaming the veggies. It is simple to make with simple flavors. And my kids love it!

1 cup cubed pork
one small head of cabbage
4 medium carrots
1 medium onion
Brown meat in buttered skillet. Meanwhile, cut cabbage in thin strips, thinly dice the carrots and onion. (I like my onions cut nice and thick.) When meat is done, add all the veggies and then add 1/2 cup water. Cover skillet and keep temperature on medium. Let veggies steam cook until tender. May need to add more water if the veggies start to stick to the pan. Serve over rice. Flavor with soy sauce.
