Simple Thin Crust Pizza

An easy, quick way to make a thin crust personal pizza

4
4 fajita style flour tortillas
4 teaspoons of your favorite pizza sauce
2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend
1 - 6oz pkg of pepperoni
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Place 4 tortillas on a non-stick or lightly greased cookie sheet Spread 1 teaspoon pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla Sprinkle approximately 1/2 cup cheese blend and on top of each pizza Add your pepperoni Optional - if you prefer veggies on your pizza you can add chopped veggies to your pizza as well. Just make sure you drain any excess water from veggies before sprinkling them on your pizza Bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes (the tortillas will get crispy quick so make sure to keep an eye on them since oven temps may vary.)
