Simple vegetable recipe to keep you warm and fit this cold season.

1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped finely
200g ground pork or beef
100g shell noodles
1 cup carrots, cubed
2 cups potatoes, cubed
½ cup green bellpepper
1 stalk onion leeks, chopped
1 broth cube (optional)
¼ cup chopped parley to garnish
2-3 Tbsp butter
1-2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3-4 cups water or meat broth
