Skinny Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli

This "Skinny Alfredo" recipe is so good no one would ever guess that it's a lighter version of the family favorite. It's quick, it's easy, and it has broccoli that you'll actually want to eat! {Bonus}

2 cups of cooked chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 cups broccoli florets (I got the frozen broccoli...so easy!)
8 oz fettuccine
2T extra virgin olive oil
2t minced garlic
2T flour
1 cup fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup skim milk
1 pinch ground nutmeg
