½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) cold butter
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Gravy:
16 ounces ground turkey sausage
¼ cup whole wheat flour
2½ cups unsweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons maple syrup
