Skinny Cabbage Dump in the Ninja

Very easy & very tasty! Low carb & low calorie.

1 pound ground beef
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1/2 green pepper
green onions
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 pound cabbage
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper
1. In the Ninja, brown the hamburger. Drain off excess grease. 2. Slice up the cabbage, green onions & green pepper into small pieces. 3. Add all ingredients to the hamburger along with 1 cup water. 4. Simmer on stovetop medium for about 20-30 minutes, when cabbage is softened. Reduce heat to stovetop low until cabbage done.
