Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars with Chocolate Krispie Crust are a super easy dessert, with a chocolate Krispie treat base and a creamy, peanut butter cheesecake topping…you’ll have a hard time believing that they are skinny jeans approved!

For the Crust:
1 Cup Milk chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Milk (I used 1%)
¼ Cup Peanut butter
3 Tbsps Honey
3 Cups Gluten Free crispy rice cereal (Or regular/brown rice if you aren't concerned about GF)
For the filling:
1 8oz Package of reduced-fat cream cheese, softened (I LOVE Philadelphia 2x Protein)
½ Cup Peanut butter
¼ Cup Granulated sugar
1 8 oz Package of Light Whipped topping, thawed.
Topping:
¼ Cup Peanut butter
½ tbsp Granulated sugar
Melted chocolate, or chocolate syrup, for drizzling (optional)
