This skinny raspberry piña colada is filled with tropical flavors. Juicy pineapple, sweet coconut, tart red raspberries, and greek yogurt make up this yummy breakfast treat. Gluten free and only 5 ingredients.

1½ Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Cup Greek Yogurt (I used Toasted Coconut Flavor from Dannon)
½ Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
½ Cup Frozen Raspberries
1 Banana, frozen and sliced
1 Tablespoon Shredded Coconut, unsweetened
1 Teaspoon Rum Extract (Optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
