This took our regular buffalo recipe from decent to AMAZING. I will never make them without pre-seasoning the wings with spices again. A dinner date with friends led us to this amazingly spicy, peppery and salty spice blend called "Slap Ya Mama." We've tried it on breasts and thighs with much success, so I'm happy to say these WINGS (!!!) are our favorite. So grab Slap Ya Mama! at the store (seriously, don't cheat yourself) and get your other ingredients ready.
