600 g flour + 2 tablespoons for topping
200 ml water hot
20 g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 packet of butter
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons olive oil + more for topping
2 eggs
powdered sugar for sprinkling
1. The yeast dissolved in water hot. 2. Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well and pour the mixture with yeast, sugar, salt and eggs. Knead soft dough then divide into small balls. 3. The marbles are smeared with oil and arrange is an oiled baking tray. Leave some space between the marbles, they will rise. 4. Leave milinkite about 1 hour in a warm room. 5. The oven is heated to 190 degrees. During this time, melt the butter, add salt and 2 tablespoons flour. 6. With this topping is smeared milinkite using a brush. 7. Bake until the top is golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
