600 g flour + 2 tablespoons for topping
200 ml water hot
20 g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 packet of butter
1 tsp salt

1. The yeast dissolved in water hot.
2. Sift the flour into a bowl, make a well and pour the mixture with yeast, sugar, salt and eggs. Knead soft dough then divide into small balls.
3. The marbles are smeared with oil and arrange is an oiled baking tray. Leave some space between the marbles, they will rise.
4. Leave milinkite about 1 hour in a warm room.
5. The oven is heated to 190 degrees. During this time, melt the butter, add salt and 2 tablespoons flour.
6. With this topping is smeared milinkite using a brush.
7. Bake until the top is golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
