Easy beef & broccoli that you can throw together in your slow cooker and let it do all of the work! Great flavor!

2 pounds boneless beef – sliced in strips (you can use whatever is on sale that week)
2 cups water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon sesame oil
6 minced garlic cloves
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 large head fresh broccoli
3 cups white rice – cooked according to pkg.

Add soy sauce, water, bouillon, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic to your slow cooker and mix well.
Add slices of beef and stir to coat with liquid mixture.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
