2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
