1 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup marinara sauce
¾ cup ketchup
8 slices Provolone cheese
Sandwich rolls, for serving (I used whole wheat Nature’s Own with 130 calories per roll for purposes of calculating nutrition information)
