A classic comfort food just got easier! Let your Crock Pot do the work for this easy Slow Cooker Meatball Stroganoff, which only requires about 10 minutes of prep! It's the perfect weeknight dinner recipe!

2 cans ( 10.5 ounces each condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup )
¼ cup beef broth
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
16 ounces white mushrooms ( sliced )
1 large ( or 2 small onions, diced )
1-2 pounds frozen fully-cooked meatballs ( I used a 25 ounce bag of bite-sized meatballs )
¼ cup sour cream
12 ounces ( about 7 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained )
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley ( optional )
¼ cup beef broth
