This hearty soup is full of veggies, beans, beef and pasta. It can be made in the slowcooker, which means you come home to a hot, comforting meal.

2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped
4 stalks of celery, chopped
2 (14.5 ounce) cans of petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15.5 ounce) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15.5 ounce) can of great norhtern beans, drained and rinsed
32 ounces of beef stock
3 teaspons oregano
2 teaspons pepper
3 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, optional
1 (24 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups uncooked small shell pasta

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain off the fat and put it in a slow cooker.
