These healthy, 21 Day Fix approved stuffed apples are topped with a sweet cinnamon-peanut butter sauce for the perfect finishing touch on this simple dessert.

4 1/2 Tbs chopped pecans (about 1.2 oz)
3 Tbs rolled oats
1 Tbs maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon-Peanut Butter Sauce:
1 1/2 Tbs peanut butter
