We love pork ribs and I know just how tender they turn out when cooked either in a smoker or a slow cooker. The ribs made here fell off the bone they were so tender.

1 packet McCormick's Slow Cooker Southern Style BBQ Seasoning
1 cup Ketsup
1/2 cup honey
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/2 medium red onion (cut into quarters)
2lb pork ribs (cut into four sections)
1 cup Ketsup

2lb pork ribs (cut into four sections)
Mix the seasoning packet, catsup, honey, and garlic in a small bowl
Place the cut onion and ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce on top. The onion is cut into large pieces for flavor only.
