1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup frozen corn
1 can chili beans
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon oregano
