I don't know how I ever survived without a crock pot! This is one of those comfort foods that you love coming home to after a long day at work! Its also great on a cold rainy day as well! This is similar to a recipe by six sisters however I have been making this for years and this recipe is a reduced fat recipe. I am working on a home made cream of chicken soup and once I perfect it to ,y liking I am going to use that instead of store bought.

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
6 slices reduced fat swiss cheese
1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup low fat milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg stuffing mix (i.e. Stove Top Stuffing)
1/4 cup melted butter
