It is a very traditional recipe of Odisha ,India. \\\"Fish provides a good source of high quality protein and contains many vitamins and minerals. It may be classed as either whitefish, oily or shellfish. Small fish - 250 grams, (cleaned and rubbed with salt,turmeric and 1 /2 tea spoon lemon juice)
2 table spoon finely chopped onion, 1 tea spoon finely chopped green chilie, 2 tea spoonfull finely chopped garlic, 1 table spoon full finely chopped cilanthro, 50 ml fresh curd , 1/2 tea spoon paprika powder and salt - to taste.
Grind to paste - 3 teaspoon full mustard seed, 1 teaspoon full cumin, 2 table spoon full red tomatoes and make it more fine , sieve it and remove rough particles.
for wrapping - 2 table spoon mustard oil, 3/4 khali leaves which is used for serve food ,3/4 pumpkin leaves or spinach leaves, 3/4 pumpkin leaves, 1 metre thread.

In a pan cook the paste and make it more thicker without adding oil.Add this and the rest of the ingrediants to the fish and mix well and allow the fish to marinate for 30 minutes.
Then place Khali leaves (which is used for serving foods in temples) then the lotus leaves flat over them place the pumpkin leaves or spinach leaves .
Now carefully place the fish mixture onto the top most layer of pumpkin leaves sprinkle some oil and fold from all sides in to a packet .Secure well with a thread so that the leaves do not fall.Grill in a pre heated OTG for 15 to 20 minutes over 200* temperature .remove, discard the lotus leaves and serve with pumpkin leaves/spinach leaves with hot steamed rice.
