Smoked Salmon on Apple Slices

Fast and colorful smoked salmon appetizer, with plenty of fruit flavors.

1 apple
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon chopped blueberries
2 oz. smoked salmon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon grated celery
Core the apple, then cut into semicircle slices Cut the smoked salmon into slices not bigger than apple slices. (So that the apple is visible and you don’t have to touch the salmon when you eat with your hands.) Put the apples slices on a serving place, then add the following, in this order, from bottom to top: (1) a little Mayonnaise (2) 1 teaspoon blueberry (3) smoked salmon Put few drops of lemon on top of the smoked salmon, then garnish with grated celery.
