4 oz smoked salmon.
2 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped.
ΒΌ cup mango flesh, finely chopped.

Cut or tear smoked salmon into small pieces, preferably rectangular in shape, about 1-inch wide.
Mix red onion and mango.
