These snickerdoodle muffins are perfect for anyone who wants a twist on the traditional snickerdoodle cookie.

2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2¼ cups flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon cream of tartar
¾ teaspoon nutmeg
