This is one yummy combination of gluten free noodles, crunchy veggies and delicious glazed chicken!

4 tablespoons (60ml) soy sauce (or wheat free Tamari)
2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
2 tablespoons (30ml) sesame oil
1/2 lime, juiced
!Chicken
10oz (300g) chicken breast, cut into strips
!Vegetables
2 large carrots, sliced into ribbons (using a vegetable peeler)
1/2 small head red cabbage, cut into strips
1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
3.5oz (100g) snow peas, cut into strips diagonally
1 tablespoon (15ml) oil for frying
!Other
8.8oz (250g) soba noodles
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
