The ultimate paleo chocolate chip cookies! Soft, chewy, and highly addicting, these cookies are made with wholesome ingredients and lots of chocolate chunks! (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, No Refined Sugar)

3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp arrowroot starch
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp tapioca starch
2 tbsp golden flaxmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup coconut oil ( solid )
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 oz dark chocolate ( chopped )
