Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These soft and chewy cookies include yummy peanut butter cups to "mix things up"! They're a family favorite!

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped peanut butter cups
