Soft and Sweet Sugar Cookie Bars

A fun twist on a classic cookie. These sugar cookie bars are soft and sweet and melt in your mouth delicious!

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 stp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg white
1 egg

Frosting
1/2 cup butter softened
3 cups powdered sugar
3 TBSP heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
Food coloring if desired
