Soft & Chewy Spring-Time Blondies

These came out amazing and just what I had hoped for! I just had to jump on the bandwagon of all these yummy looking cookies and everything else that were stuffed with Easter candy goodness! Easter time is my all out favorite time of year- candy wise! My favorite are the Cadbury chocolate mini eggs. YES! So that’s what I put into these ultimate soft and chewy blondies.

1 1/2 Cups Light Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
2 each Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
6 oz Cadbury mini eggs
