It really is possible to make delicious, soft and fluffy 100% whole wheat rolls! Along with this recipe I share all my best tricks for making it happen.

2 tablespoons dry yeast
1/2 cup warm (not hot) water
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
3 eggs (at room temperature)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3-4 cups whole wheat flour
