These snickerdoodles, infused with the wonderful flavors of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon, will become your new best friend at bite one!

1/2 c. butter ( softened )
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. canned pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie filling )
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
For rolling:
1/4 c. granulated sugar
