Soft, Thick & Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

My favourite peanut butter cookie recipe! Supersoft, thick, and chewy, just make sure not to overbake these! So addictive, hard to eat just one! ;)

3/4 C creamy peanut butter
1/2 C butter, softened
1-1/4 C light brown sugar, packed
3 TBS milk
1 TBS vanilla
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
2-1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
