Southwest Pizza (Vegetarian)

This recipe was inspired from a BBQ chicken salad I had while living in Hawaii. This is my "pizza" version of it (minus the chicken).

2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 premade pizza crust
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup black beans
2 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/4 cup cheese (I like a “pizza blend” but you can use monterey jack, mozzarella, etc.)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 T. lime juice
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 premade pizza crust
1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
1/4 cup corn
1/4 cup black beans
2 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/4 cup cheese (I like a “pizza blend” but you can use monterey jack, mozzarella, etc.)
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 T. lime juice
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix BBQ sauce with pizza sauce and spread evenly onto crust, followed by red onion, corn, black beans, cilantro and cheese. Squeeze a fresh lime evenly overtop ingredients. Make...
