Soutzoukakia is such a traditional recipe.. Intense flavor, spicy and delicious. A mouthwatering Mediterranean recipe!

1 kilo minced beef
2 onions
3 tablespoons grated cumin
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
4 tomatoes, grated without skin
70gr tomato paste
½ cinnamon stick
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
