A quick and easy weeknight meal that features smokey sausage, chicken and fresh oranges.

3-4 large Chicken thighs

2 chorizo links (can sub other smoked sausage if necessary)

2 potatoes, diced

1/2 navel orange

1-2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp oregano

1 tsp. smoked parika

salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F.
