Special AND Simple: Crab Stuffed Tilapia

When those special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas, Easter, or New Years come around, why not enjoy a dish that's special, delicious, but also healthy? Even if your family members aren't fish-lovers, they will ask for seconds with this dish! (Hint: for a healthy side with this, serve up some brown rice or a small salad!)

Filling
½ cup lump crab meat
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup pepper-jack cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Fish
4 talapia (can substitute flounder) fillets, thawed
1 tablespoon butter, melted
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon dill
salt and pepper to taste
