Spiced Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf is such a fall favorite! Quick and easy, it is bursting with sweet cinnamon and nutmeg spice, inviting chocolate chips, and tons of pumpkin flavor.
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup 100% pure pumpkin (I use Libby\'s)
2 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
? cup + 2 teaspoons canola oil
? cup water
½ cup chocolate chips
