Spiced Zucchini Bread Mini Loaves – a slice or two of these delicious, subtly spiced, little loaves is the perfect summertime treat.

2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini (see Notes)
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
