• 1½ pounds Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts, cut into ½” strips
• Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
• 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 2 large Onions, chopped
• 2 Red Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into ¼” strips
• 2 cloves Garlic, chopped fine
• 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
• 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Stock
• ¾ cup Peanut Butter (Creamy)
• 1 package Frozen Peas, 10 ounces, thawed
• ¼ cup Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
