A at home version of Wendy\\\'s Spicy Chicken Caesar Club Sandwich that tastes even better than the fast food version.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk + 1 tablespoon, divided
hot sauce, to taste
2 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic
zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Sandwich
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 hamburger buns, toasted

4 slices turkey bacon, cooked
