A good snack, when you've been dieting and you want a bit of crunch!

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
Dash ground cayenne
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed
Salt to taste

Heat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl, toss all ingredients until chickpeas are coated.
Spread mixture in single layer on ungreased pan or cookie sheet.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway...
