Spicy Hoisin Chicken Bowls over wilted cabbage, carrots and sticky rice in a quick weeknight meal!

1 pound chicken breast (Foster Farms Sauté Ready Asian Chicken)
4 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons chili garlic paste
1 bag finely sliced cabbage
2 carrots, julienned
6 cups rice (I used sticky short grain Japanese rice)
