Spicy Kale Artichoke Dip

This dip has more dimension than your typical artichoke dip. The cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream create this velvety, smooth consistency that pairs well with the tang of the artichoke hearts and hearty kale. The roasted red peppers bring out another flavor profile and a touch of hot sauce marries the ingredients together in perfect harmony.

4 oz room temperature reduced fat cream cheese
½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
¼ cup light sour cream
14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped
½ cup chopped roasted red peppers
1 cup chopped kale, stems removed
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp hot sauce (I used Texas Pete)
¼ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
kosher salt and pepper to taste
