A super simple and super healthy green and white spicy kiwi banana breakfast smoothie. High in vitamin C, fiber and potassium. Delicious and tasty.

3 kiwi fruits
2 bananas
200ml or ¾ cup milk
200ml or ¾ cup low fat yogurt
4 tbsp/40gr porridge oats
1cm diced/grated ginger
Optional - honey to taste
