3 cups roast beef (cubed)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
8 large tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 jalapenos
8 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp crushed red chili flakes
4 tbsp fresh grated parmesan
1 500g package spaghetti (or any noodle you like)
1 lemon (juice and zest)
¼ cup heavy cream
3 tbsp fresh parsley
¼ cup sour cream
salt and pepper
