14 ounces smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 1/2 cups yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1-10 ounce can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 whipping cream
8 ounces penne pasta
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
