Spicy potato fry is a simple dish,which can be prepared very quickly and tastes great.

4g potatoes Chopped
1 ½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¾ tsp salt
¼ garam masala
5 curry leaves
½ tsp mustard
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp oil
*Peel the potatoes and chop them into small cubes . *Heat oil in skillet ,add mustard seeds,when it starts to pop add curry leaves and chopped potatoes and fry in oil for 2 min. *Now add all masala powder mentioned in ingredients along with salt and mix well with potatoes ,cover the skillet and cook for 15 to 20 or until the potatoes are well cooked. *Keep mixing the potatoes in between for even cooking. *Once done garnish with coriander leaves and transfer to the serving bowl and serve the spicy potato fry.
